I recently found two new podcasts, by female podcasters for women who lift!
1: Empowered by Iron:
One podcaster mainly power lifts, while the other participates in weight lifting. They describe their experiences and also have guests on to tell their own stories.
2. GutsXGritXGrind- This is Female Powerlifting.
There are multiple females in this podcast that talk about powerlifting. They're based out of Canada and are all totally badass.
I highly recommend both of these podcasts!
