A Goal a Day
Since it’s the last full week of January 2017, we should take a second to focus on our goals. There are a lot of goals that I am planning on working on for the entirety of 2017. I decided for this week, I will focus on one individual thing each day. Every morning I’ll choose one thing and put all of my energy into working on that. I’ll have different ways to “complete” that goal. For example, I’ll focus one day on walking as much as possible. My main goal for that day is to get up out of my chair and walk every 15 minutes. Or make sure I hit 10,000 steps for that day. By focusing all of my attention on one specific thing each day I hope it’ll make it easier in the future to focus on multiple things. This way I’ll be able to accomplish all of my goals for 2017!
I think this would be great for all of us to go through together. We all can work together to focus on achieving our goals. We may all have different goals, but we can keep each other accountable each day.
This doesn't have to be done only this week. You can do this as often or as little as you'd like! This method may work best for you to do it all the time.. or you may prefer my method with my checklist, so I can focus on multiple goals each week. Either way, you're working on yourself and your 2017 goals, so it's a win!
